Shipping policy

Shipping:

We offer free international shipping on all orders over €200. Orders placed on amareantwerp.com are dispatched from Belgium within 2-3 working days via one of our shipping partners. Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your order.

We ship to selected European and International countries available in the drop down list at check out. We are working to update our logistics network to offer more shipping destinations.

Customers in India can visit amareantwerp.in to place their orders. These orders will be shipped via our local shipping partner from our warehouse in India, inclusive of local taxes and without any additional import costs. Please note that the stock and availability may differ from amareantwerp.com

 

Import tax and Duties:

As we are shipping from Belgium, for destinations within the EU, all import taxes and duties, as well as applicable VAT, will be included in the price of the goods in your order. Customers will not need to pay any additional VAT or duties.

For UK customers, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that all import taxes and duties, as well as applicable VAT, will be paid on your behalf and will be included in the price of the goods in your order. Please note that in case of return, these charges are not refundable by AMARÉ ANTWERP and you will need to contact HMRC to refund them.

For destinations outside of the EU, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, fees or other charges due to local laws or customs rules. Whoever your order is addressed to is responsible for all customs costs associated with the import of the products, and will be required to pay any additional charges for international delivery. If you're ordering products to be delivered to someone else, make sure that they are aware that they will need to cover this before you order. The courier may request the payment of these charges in order to arrange delivery. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs authority for more information. Should the customer refuse to pay the duties, the costs for returning the package to us shall always be borne by the customer.

If your order gets stuck in customs, you or the recipient will need to contact your local customs office and pay any additional charges or taxes to release the goods. AMARÉ ANTWERP cannot do this on your behalf.

For customers in India, ordering on amareantwerp.in, we ship from our warehouse in Mumbai. GST is included in the price and there are no additional import/customs formalities.
