Refund policy

You may return items within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused and with the original packaging. We cannot process a refund if your item is damaged. Please be advised, personalised items cannot be returned. If your order arrived with a free gift, please also include this in your return.

AMARÉ ANTWERP offers free returns from within the EU. We will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the items.

For returns from outside the EU, return shipping is at your own cost. AMARÉ ANTWERP is not responsible for orders returned to us in error or any additional costs of clearing customs when attempting to return your parcel.

Please note, AMARÉ ANTWERP is unable to refund any additional duties and local taxes that were paid by the customer on receipt of their order. This includes any import duties and VAT paid on your behalf on DDP shipments to the UK. You should contact your local customs authority for more information.

We will refund you within 14 working days from the date on which we receive the returned product. Refunds will be credited back via your original method of payment. We have the right to withhold amounts for products which are found damaged on return, any DDP charges or any unpaid customs clearance fees, duties or taxes.

You will receive a confirmation email when we have received your return and processed your refund.
